Not Limoges Porcelaine - ask for warranty

点评：Be careful!!!!! We have contacted them from Italy since we were interested in purchasing several pieces of item 44067280 as wedding favour for our wedding. While emailing with them to contract a discount price for 96 pieces, we have purchased just 2 items from their website to make sure the object was fine for us. They both arrived with the stamp “Limoges France”. They looked fine and we asked to confirm availability for 95 pieces. They initially said us that they were able to provide us with 95 pieces but once we have asked a warranty that objects were original Limoges Porcelaines (same stamp applies to the 2 pieces that we had purchased before) they responded us that they made a mistake with the stamp and that the 95 pieces couldn’t be provided with the warranty as for the 2 objects that we had already received. We have realised that they have applied the stamp to the the 2 pieces we had purchased as test so that we would have assumed that it was Limoges Porcelaine. Once we have insisted with them to confirm that manufacture was Limoges Porcelaine, they invented an excuse to avoid problems as they were selling us a porcelaine that is not Limoges.
