Happy Hooves Riding Centre的点评
点评：I visited today 14/8 with my daughter, who was booked onto the ride & groom. When we arrived, we couldn't see anyone around in the office so waited around outside. Someone arrived late to give my daughter her riding hat, but I just felt like I had to introduce her to the staff as they didn't really ask her name, or confirm details. The staff wasn't even aware I was doing the ride but with her, and the staff wasn't aware that I had already paid either. I just think the process was poor and the staff member having knowledge of who she was having in the group would have been appreciated.
We went on the ride and although the staff member was lovely, I got the impression she didn't really want to be there and didn't start much conversation or introduce the horses to myself or my daughter, it would have been a nice touch to introduce the horse. I've been to riding schools before where they like to acknowledge previous experience and especially speak to the children and make the experience engaging and fun. My daughter wasn't really spoken to and I felt awkward with the silences and felt pressured to asked questions to avoid the awkwardness.
When we went for the groom part, it was a different pony to what my daughter rode and I think it would have been nice to groom the horse she went on. When my daughter was grooming the pony I heard another member of staff mention they had someone else come to the next groom & ride session. She said "when these kids are out the way" the other child can ride after the groom. I don't know if she was referring to my daughter and the other girl on her session or other children, but either way, was unacceptable.
I would not recommend based on our experience.

根据我们的经验，我不会推荐。
