The Valley at Eastport Golf Club的点评
点评：We, my husband and I were in Myrtle beach on vacation the end of Sept for a week.
The course looked beautiful but unfortunately due to weather our reservation had to be canceled.
Unfamiliar with how the refund worked (it’s been 5-7 days), I called and talked to the “general” manager,(I don’t know how this person was handed that title) he was So incredibly rude and unprofessional I couldn’t believe how he was talking to me
Maybe had a bad day on the course? Who knows but WOW!!!!
He did explain that I had to call golf now they were the people that issued the refunds. I honestly did not realize this so my bad but the way he handled his business over the phone and how he talked to me was terrible.
He was also the person we spoke to face to face when we showed up to the course and was told our Reservation Was canceled due to rain, why not NiCELY explain to me golf now will be issuing that refund, no, HE told me the course would issue that refund!
Which I did not know because I was driving there. We’re from Western NY so rainy day in the course is not unusual and it was just a misty light rain that day we didn’t think it would be canceled or I would’ve checked before driving the 45 min to get to this course.
I know everyone has a bad day but he is in the business of customer service and golfing is not a cheap sport. Good luck “General manager”
