Very disappointing experience – not worth the visit

点评：We visited Koko Beach full of expectations but were met with complete disorganization and rudeness. We sat at a table for 25 minutes without being acknowledged. No one brought us menus—we had to go and ask for them ourselves. Despite several attempts, no member of the staff seemed willing or able to take our order.
What made it even more frustrating is that it wasn’t even busy—there were only around 15 tables occupied, so there was no excuse for the lack of service. After waiting patiently and then asking again if someone could please come take our order, we were told to leave the beach bar if we didn’t have the patience to wait any longer. Absolutely unacceptable.
This kind of treatment is beyond disappointing. There are plenty of other places in the area that actually care about their customers. We will not be returning—and we definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
