Lack of information about cable car wait and staff being untruthful about information provided

点评:Sold us tickets for the cable car and bus. Didn’t tell us there was a 2 hour wait up and a 2 hour wait back down. We made the trip to the cable car by bus only to find out about the wait time. We returned to the tourist office to let them know and ask why as a tourist office they didn’t give us any idea that there might be a long wait. Especially as we had young children with us. There were about 30 other people from our cruise ship in the same situation. Staff lied and said that they inform everyone about delays on busy days. When you have 30 customers telling you they were not told then you would think they would acknowledge this. No refund offered and a very poor attitude. Sad to leave a review like this but please be aware of the wait time at the cable car. Best suggestion would be to buy a bus ticket there. And then pay for the cable car when you arrive.
