点评：My Husband and I purchased a beautiful Kitty Cantrell Acrylic Art Piece, which included a Medium Sized Light Box back in August from Sal (Soaring Eagle Store Owner). At the time of purchase, we were advised that our items would be shipped right away, but to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 2-3 failed attempts to follow-up on shipment status, we finally received our Art Piece minus the Light Box, 4 weeks after purchase. We immediately contacted the store via phone and text both, and we were advised that the Light Box was forgotten and would be shipped separately. After waiting an additional 2 weeks, we called the store again and spoke directly with Sal, whom was very short and curt with us stating that he wanted to " put this issue to bed once and for all"; he then proceeded to hang up the phone before we could inquire further as to when the Light Box would be shipped. Needless to say, we never received our purchased Light Box and have vowed never to step foot in this store again on our future travels. We are also contacting our Cruise Director to spread a word of caution/warning to her future tour groups and fellow Cruise Directors regarding the Poor Business Practices of Souring Eagle, Ketchikan.
