Soaring Eagle的点评
点评：I purchased a beautiful acrylic soaring eagle on 8/23/25 and was thrilled with the purchase. Alaska was my bucket list trip and this was going to be my "expensive" souvenir from the trip. I did receive the eagle in a timely manner, but it was suppose to come with a lighted LED display base. That did not arrive, so I called on 9/3. I was told they were on back order and it would be arriving in a week. I waited a week and no display box. I called on 9/11 and was told it was on back order for 3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and no display box. I called again on 9/30 and they told me they never sent it, "but don't worry, we will have it shipped from California and you will have it in 3 days. 3 days went by and I didn't receive it. I called on 10/6 and left a voice mail with no response. I've gotten the run around enough! I realized I will never receive the box, so disputed the charge for the display case (who knows how that will go) and will order a display case myself. I hardly ever write reviews, but after spending $991.44 I figured that was worth a review.
