Nice play area, POOR staff!!

点评：Been a couple of times as we live locally and generally it's been a good experience.
The main problem is lack of supervision by parents and staff of the older kids. Kids are kids but some who are 5ft plus have zero regard for the smaller children. They run round , launching themselves about, not caring if they knock a child over. And the parents just sit there looking at their phones with not a care in the world.
Kids aren't suppose to run up the slide, or enter the toddler area unless obviously they are one. Yet they do what they want with no intervention from staff who just are either oblivious or dare not say anything.
Staff need to take charge and tell the older kids to calm down before some gets hurt. And parents need to take some responsibility instead of being sat on their phones.
