点评：Was a fantastic visit from start to finish. A day out with the steward family from Manchester Storm 💜
We had coffee on the balcony then a tour around the lake with Ray, Ray is a walking history book with knowledge of the lake! Ray you are amazing!
We brought picky bits for lunch back on the balcony then went on one of the double kayaks. I haven't been on a kayak in years so the feeling of being free was amazing for me. When you're confined to a chair or a bed all day every day things like this mean the most!
I'm a wheelchair user, can pivot transfer and weight training has helped with upper body strength. I managed to transfer into and out of the sunray with help from John, Ray and friends. The kayak was harder but with the, right help it's doable!
Shoulders were killing the next day from rowing but we had a fantastic day! Massive thank you to our hosts, Debbie and Oli. Everyone who works there is so approachable and nothing is too much for them! 🩷
