点评：Unpleasant memories despite a potentially beautiful spot. Clear signage is missing. Staff were unmotivated, poor at explaining the basics (especially to the children) and unfriendly when someone needed help. The most unpleasant part of our experience, however, was this. We had to deposit our backpacks with valuables somewhere - you can't carry them while climbing. There are no lockers. We were advised by staff to leave our belongings on a table outside. Of course we refused. Somewhat reluctantly, they let us put our backpacks in the cabin where they store their material and assured us that nothing could happen. Later that day, both adults in our group noticed that cash had disappeared from the wallets we had left there. The owner's reaction to our report of the loss then mirrored the miserable service we had already experienced on site.
