Terrible place for a party
Boing Zone Trampoline Park的点评
点评：Visited today for my granddaughters 5 th birthday. Clearly overbooked nowhere to greet guests, unable to set up party food until 2.40, booked for 2.00p.m. Room was very small and cramped.
When we have visited in the past adults have been able to enjoy bouncing with their children. This is now not allowed!!!!!! They aren’t eve allowed into the bounce room to supervise their children. So you are left with 4 and 5 year olds in with much older and bigger children.
To add insult we were then asked to pay the bill in full before we set up the party or leave.
I was assured that the staff were all fully trained to look after the children while they are playing. However I observed an Autistic child in our group being told to jump from a high tower, by a gum chewing, disinterested miserable worker.
He was afraid so sat down but was immediately shouted at to stand up. The male worker was then join by a young blonde girl and they had a little laugh and a chat while the distressed boy was left at the top of the tower. He eventually curled up and hid at the side of the tower. At this point I went to complain about the so called trained staff. To be fair someone did go to try and help but it was too late he was inconsolable. The staff don’t have fun with the children they just walk round with their whistles and red and yellow cards!
All this for the bargain price of £240!
I would not recommend for a young child’s party unless you are happy with poor service and value for money
