点评：Absolutely appalling place! It is disgustingly dirty and lots of it held together with tape, which causes a trip hazard on places due to the tape coming off. There is not enough supervision, and the young girl supervising on the day we went was stood in an area, where she was unable to see all areas. One of the party sustained an injury whilst on a trampoline due to no covers over the springs meaning their leg fell down the hole between the springs. We informed the young girl who was “supervising” and she went to get a first aider. The first aid that was given was not even basic first aid, she came over with an ice pack and told her to put it on where it hurt, without even looking at the injury. She then asked her to remove her socks to look at her ankles and just briefly looked at them from a distance and told her to put the ice pack back on for 10 minutes, she then went and got an accident form. We filled in the personal details and then was asked to sign it without the information about the incident being put on there. We refused this and asked for it to be filled in before signing it. All this time, the “first aider and supervising staff” were stood just looking at us, meaning no one was actually supervising the play areas. The staff were shown where the injury happened and just said oh ok, and that was that. No effort to make the area safe for other participants. The staff definitely need more training on first aid and basic customer service as they then just walked off and left us sat there.
I didn’t read the reviews before we went, but have read them now and months ago they have said that the equipment is getting replaced in a couple of weeks and clearly it hasn’t!
This place needs to be closed down for a massive revamp and retraining of all staff.
