点评：So as usual they have only the single gate for entrance. There’s already a HUGE line. But there’s no WiFi and the app fails to work here. Another complaint - they actually open the other gate only for the visiting team’s fans. Worst organized professional sporting org and stadium I’ve ever been to. 25 minutes after they open the gate and the line is still longer than I can see from here. Game is supposed to start 45 minutes after opening the gate and they may not even have everyone in the stadium yet.
Another complaint: repeated times now that my season pass discount on food doesn’t work because their systems are wonky. 30 minutes since I paid. After questioning the lady at the restaurant she went to the back and “asked” and suddenly it came out and she tried to tell me they called my name earlier. I’m like no they didn’t I’ve been standing right here the entire time. Food was warm at best. Overpriced for what you get. We want to support the Colorado rapids but going to this facility is beyond frustrating. This is a very disappointing way to be introduced to purchasing season tickets.
