Very disappointing birthday for my son!

点评：I brought my son here for his 9th birthday with a group of his friends. He couldn't wait to get going, they were all very excited. We paid for 30mins. I watched a lot of the action from the coffee shop window & saw quite a few crashes into barriers & other karts. Sometimes the race was stopped, sometimes it wasn't. My son appeared beside me after 20mins, told me he crashed & was told to get out. He asked if he could go back on but was told No. I couldn't believe this, was sure there was a mix-up, he wasn't hurt in any way. I asked to speak to the owner (it was him who told my son he couldn't go back out). I found the owner Anthony to be very combative when I explained it was my son's birthday & he was so disappointed. His friends were still enjoying themselves & he was sitting with me in the coffee shop. I said I had witnessed plenty of crashes but they were all still on the track. He said he didn't care. He said the emphasis was on safety. But my son was absolutely fine, not a bruise or a scratch on him! He offered to show me the video, but what was the point of that? By then the time was up & there was no chance of him rejoining his friends. Anthony actually had the audacity to say that I was a bad parent for wanting him to go back out. I won't be going to Kiltorcan again, that's for sure!
翻译：我带儿子和他的朋友们来这里庆祝他九岁生日。他迫不及待地想玩，他们也都非常兴奋。我们付了30分钟的费用。我从咖啡店的窗户观看了很多比赛，看到不少卡丁车撞到护栏和其他卡丁车。比赛有时暂停，有时则没有。20分钟后，我儿子出现在我身边，告诉我他撞车了，被告知要下车。他问能不能再玩，但被告知不行。我简直不敢相信，觉得肯定是搞错了，他一点事都没有。我要求和老板谈谈（就是他告诉我儿子不能再玩的）。当我解释说今天是我儿子的生日，他非常失望时，老板安东尼的态度非常恶劣。他的朋友们还在玩，而他自己却坐在咖啡店里。我说我看到了很多碰撞，但他们都还在赛道上。他说他不在乎。他说重点是安全。但我儿子明明毫发无损，身上连一点擦伤都没有！他提出要给我看视频，但这有什么用？那时时间已经到了，他根本不可能再和朋友们会合了。安东尼竟然还厚颜无耻地说我是个不称职的家长，不该让儿子出去玩。我以后绝对不会再去基尔托坎了！
