点评:I was so excited to take my family to Soar Adventure Tower on Saturday 2/3, but unfortunately the service was terrible. My wife, daughter who is 10 yrs old, and myself arrived at 2:30pm. The kid at the front desk who checked us in advised the cost would be $163 for us to do the tower, no problem. As we're waiting around I noticed on the sign that the "twilight" rate (2 hours before closing) was about $60 cheaper. I asked the worker what time they close and he replied 4pm. I said, "oh well it look like we should have been charged the twilight rate." He replies, "uh yeah I guess. Hold on one second". He goes to a room off to the side to speak to who I assume is the manager. He comes back out and says, "we're not doing twilight in the month of February". Nowhere on the sign does it say that twilight pricing doesn't apply in the month of February. I asked to speak to the manager. He goes behind the door, and comes back alone. I ask where is there manager, to where he replied, "She told me to charge you full price, and she's not going to come out and talk to you."I continue to explain to him that we should be charged the twilight pricing as the time falls within the 2 hours before closing for him to reply "I don't know I just work here". I explained to him that customer conflict is part of working there. I asked to be refunded the money where he said I already did it. He could care less that we had a bad experience.
Needless to say our fun filled activity that we were so looking forward too was ruined. Not because we had to pay full price, but because of the poor customer service. The kid at the front desk could care less that we asked for a refund, and the manager not coming out was the icing on the cake.
