Very poor service. Never again.

点评：Very, very disappointing service.
I went there for my hair and nails.
The nails were fine for the discounted price (I wouldn’t pay full price)
As for the hair, I was very, very disturbed by the rude and arrogant behaviour of a “senior hair stylist” called Andrea. She was actually so rude in front of the other staff and clients that the receptionist had to physically remove her from the place. I was very disturbed by her behaviour.
The manager later called to apologize for the stylists’ behaviour and did not charge me for the hair, which I appreciated. But then later messaged a few days later asking about if I was happy with my hair. I responded “it’s not hay I wanted, but some have complimented”. To be honest, I just wanted to not hear from this salon again. To this message she responded and said “since you have satisfied with your hair, please pay us”. I was so taken a back and didn’t want to communicate any further so just made the payment. But never ever again am I going to this salon. And after this experience, I spoke to others about it and many had similar reviews about the rudeness of the employees at this salon.
