点评：Glen of Vivonte is not who he appears to be. I live in New York, and over the years, I have purchased thousands of dollars' worth of cigars from the Dominican Republic with no issues. However, I have never encountered this level of dishonesty from anyone I've done business with before.
Several months ago, I paid Glen over two thousand dollars for some rare cigars that I could not obtain in the States. Even though he sent me a video of the merchandise before I paid him in full, he has yet to ship the last few boxes of my order. The first shipment of two so far took a few weeks to arrive, and after various emails and text messages with Glen, he assured me that the rest would be on its way.
It has now been four months, and he has stopped answering my emails. He comes across as a genuine person, but it seems he is waiting for the right moment to take advantage of honest people. All I expected from this transaction was what anyone would expect: to receive the items I paid for in a timely manner.
He is holding onto my cigars, which I paid for in full several months ago, and believes that since I live in New York, I have no recourse in getting what I am owed.
I leave it up to you to judge the owner of Vivonte Cigars.
