Excellent customer service, but highly priced

点评：From my first email to Allois and the final airport drop-off, everything went pretty smoothly. Allois runs at "tight ship" and responded very quickly to each email I sent him. Ashley picked up us at the airport on time and was so sweet with some great insights on local things to do.
We ended up doing 3 different activities: snorkeling, the waterfall, and Nan Madol. On each excursion, we had our phenomenal guide Benito take care of us. He was very professional, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable on everything Pohnpei. He is very passionate about the ocean and found a great spot for Mantarays.
In the morning, we did a short boat ride towards the edge of the break, where the water was just spectacular! The crew had some fresh banana bread as well as coconuts and fresh water for us. In the afternoon, we stopped at the beautiful waterfall and spent some time exploring the ruins of Nan Madol. Both incredible experiences!
Overall, this was definitely a great trip provided by the company. The only "negative" aspect imo, is that the tour price and merchandise are a bit overpriced in comparison to what the cost of similar other things on the island is. That being said, the vehicles used, the boat trip, the excursions, and the outstanding customer service provided by Allois, Ashley, and Benito were excellent!
