Pohnpei Surf Club的点评
点评：The best thing about this company is the manager, Valentina. She goes out of her way to be helpful and flexible with schedules and even called a hotel in Guam for me when my phone didn't work. I took the land tour of Nan Madol, because the next day I was going to see it by water, from the Para Nuii resort. Benito, our guide (only 2 of us) was informative and very helpful, as I was having some issues with the rough pathway and narrow bridges (wouldn't be a problem for someone with better balance). I couldn't have made it without him. Two days later, I was with Benito again for a snorkeling tour (I function better in the water than on land), which was less than great - the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I'm from Maui, so I'm probably spoiled, but barely seeing manta rays far below us and snorkeling in rather murky water to see some fish and coral we have in Hawaii left me unimpressed. Their excursion to Ahnt Island is probably much better, although I didn't have time for it, unfortunately. I was also thankful to discover the Mangrove Bay Hotel, which is the location of their office, and promptly switched (thankfully, they had a vacancy) from the Cliff Rainbow Hotel, where I had been staying, which was a total ripoff experience - still trying to get the promised refund from them. So dealing with the Pohnpei Surf Club, especially Valentina, was the most positive experience I had in my stay on Pohnpei.
