点评：Id like to start review by saying the site itself overall and location are just amazing. The facilities, fantastic. However......... the park behind the shop and calibre of peoples children creating NOISE I HAVE NEVER experienced in my 11 years of caravanning was off the scale - just HORRIFIC!!!
We stayed this last week, a family of 2 adults and 2 11 Yr old twins. I can honestly say i have never experienced a place to cause me and my family so much anxiety in my life due to the constant screaming of children on the park and uncontrolled dogs just left to bark, bark and bark at all hours.
The children allowed to scream was like being next to The Big One at Blackpool pleasure beach!
Not only limited to the park area itself but the restaurant and its toilets also.
This was our daily experience:
Saturday Day 1: pitch next to ours with yapping dog everyone time someome walked passed, we endured it for 4/5 hrs, then politely asked the owners if they could quiten it down to be told "NO, its a dog, it barks, it what it does"! I replied there was no need to be so rude, I asked nicely. I called reception and to be fair, they sent someone to speak to them promptly.
Then the screaming from the park really started to hit us, another level of noise distress and disturbance. Children were coming away in tears of fear. We let this go thinking, hoping, it was a one off.
Sunday Day 2, 7.50am, banging on the huge twirly green slide that sounded like canons going off and children screaming into from top and bottom rudely awoke us, this continued while we were on site, despite spending hours on the water, so no doubt it continued then too!? ( Park isn't meant to open till 9am according to signage on gate).
Noise continued way into 11pm.
Went for dinner in the main restaurant to have to endure very young children running up and down furniture, screaming on the side their parents weren't sitting on and banging on the glass partition between like its just the done thing. Staff were oblivious till another party near is complained.
The toilets, there were children screaming like I have never heard, no one controlling them either!
Monday Day 3, 8am, Park noise started, screaming into and banging on the slide to wake the whole site up.
We went to the water side to get away from it for a few hours. When we came back it was worse so decided to leave for the night and go home for some much needed calm time. Anxiety was too much caused by the park noise.
Returned Tuesday afternoon to the same noise, only to witness the most disgusting behaviour from youngsters on the park late at night. 10.30pm, kids heckling, swearing, clapping and chanting, making a mockery of the security guards who were called to try and restore some much needed overdue quiet. This went on till 11.15 pm. The security did their best, cant fault them but their hands were tied as to how much they could do. So sad to witness, even more so when you are trying to console your own children who were crying with fear.
Wednesday Day 5, usual morning noise now at 8am, louder than ever from the park, screaming even louder. This went on all day and after reading the rules of the site on their brochure, at 7pm I went to main reception to complain of the noise as it tells you to do so in their policy. I was basically dismissed and belittled that as no one else had complained and its a park, nothing they could do!
Thursday, penultimate day, park noise same at 8am, we just had to accept this atrocious noise as it was last day, evening was better but marginally.
Friday, home time, I've never felt more relieved to leave a site from a hard earned, much needed family holiday. So so sad as like I said at the start, the site itself and what is has to offer is just incredible.
We would like to go back due to its amazing location and pitches but will NEVER stay on the main part nearest to the parks ever again. If it was managed better we may have had a more enjoyable experience, but to tell staff how bad it was and everyone we talked to say the same, something needs to be done to address the noise.
I have come home a nervous wreck after my anxiety was pushed to maximum, trying to settle my children at night and refrain my husband from shouting at the trouble causers knowing this would result in more stress and intimidation. I need a few days in a dark quiet room to recover!!
I recommend the site overall, just the noise and lack of security let it down massively and feel it needs to be shared to warn others before booking as to where you book your pitch.
It was our first time and wish we had known how bad it would have been before we fully set up our pitch.
Such a beautiful idilic site, totally ruined by noise / calibre of some guests, ruining it for the majority.
Please management, I implore you to take on board this review and do something to remedy the repeated complaints. You know its going to be busier in summer holidays, so get more security at this time to make it more enjoyable for the many of your patrons rather than letting the few terrorise us and ruin it.

第二天，星期天，早上7点50分，巨大的旋转绿色滑梯上传来一阵像礼炮开炮的声音，孩子们从滑梯上和滑梯下冲过来的尖叫声粗鲁地把我们吵醒了。我们在滑梯上的时候，这种情况还在继续，尽管我们在水上玩了好几个小时，所以毫无疑问，当时也一样！？ （根据大门上的指示牌，公园预计早上9点开放）。

周二下午再次回到这里，噪音依旧，结果在深夜目睹了孩子们在公园里做出的最令人作呕的行为。晚上10点30分，孩子们哄堂大笑、咒骂、鼓掌、高喊口号，把那些被叫来试图恢复迟来的安静的保安们弄得一团糟。这种情况一直持续到晚上11点15分。保安们已经尽力了，这无可厚非，但他们也无能为力。看到这样的场景真是令人难过，尤其是当你还在安慰自己吓得哭喊的孩子时。

我们很想再去一次，因为它的位置和场地都很棒，但再也不会住在离公园最近的主干道了。如果管理得当，我们可能会有更愉快的体验，但告诉工作人员那里有多糟糕，而且我们采访的每个人都这么说，我们需要采取措施解决噪音问题。
