BEAUTIFUL LOCATION BUT FILTHY UNCLEAN HOT TUB AND POOL, WITH POOR SHOWER

点评：Beautiful location, good treatments, satisfactory lunch BUT…I took my two friends for their birthdays on the absolute package with 2 vouchers and a cash payment totalling £615 for two treatments and a kiesh lunch with cheesecake. After the second treatment we were looking forward to a swim, relax in hot tub and a shower to finish. To our utter disappointment the hot tub was unclean with a thick black ring of grease and grime. On complaining the very nice receptionist used a sponge to wipe it dipping in the hot tub water while we were in it to clean the sponge! We did not want more than 2 minutes so we were going to go in the pool but it had sand and debris and greasy ring round the pool. The shower was not what one would expect so not used.
It be fair Jane - apparently the owner rang me within 1 hour as we left early as we had complained to the reception that as an EHO the lack of cleaning was unacceptable . I still paid the money hoping for a good fair outcome. Jane said that as long as we had enjoyed the food and treatments that was ok as the pool and hot tub was just thrown in. I was appalled by her lack of seeing that it should be part of the whole experience. £205 pp for a massage and a manicure with light food was overpriced but the crucial end relax in the facility was unhygienic and poorly maintained.
I would not recommend or return and feel that cleaning training is required and a better customer relationship was learnt. A bad review did not seem to concern Jane when I told her. Such a shame as could have been a totally good experience but was embarrassing for me and very expensive. We later went to David Lloyds for a shower and swim

说句公道话，简——据说老板在我们提前离开后一个小时内就给我打了电话，因为我们向前台投诉了清洁问题，作为一名环境卫生官员，我认为这种清洁状况令人无法接受。我还是付了钱，希望得到一个公平合理的解决方案。简说只要我们享受了食物和护理，泳池和热水浴缸就无所谓了，反正只是附赠的。她竟然没意识到泳池和热水浴缸也应该是整体体验的一部分，这让我非常震惊。每人205英镑，包含按摩、美甲和一些简餐，价格过高，而最关键的放松环节——泳池和热水浴缸——却卫生状况堪忧，维护也很差。
我不会推荐这家店，也不会再来。我觉得他们需要加强清洁培训，并且需要改进客户服务。当我告诉简我的差评时，她似乎并不在意。真是太可惜了，本来可以是一次非常棒的体验，结果却让我很尴尬，而且花费不菲。之后我们去了David Lloyds淋浴和游泳。
