点评：Kalea Spa was excellent. We were very impressed with their service which went above and beyond as will be explained below.
The booking process was easy thru WhatsApp, and they are flexible to accommodate our timing. We were picked up at the ship terminal which made it easy. The venue was tranquil and relaxing. We had the 2 hour body massage, foot reflexology and hair scalp treatments. The masseuse applied the right amount of pressure and was very good. They also have complimentary wifi for guests which was great.
We booked the return ferry to Singapore on Horizon which was in a separate terminal further away (which we did not realise at that time) and were going to miss the departure time. We met the owner Fiona, who was so very kind to drive us to the main terminal where we booked another return ferry and made it back just in time to pickup kids after school activities. Fiona also called Horizon on our behalf and rescheduled the return trip so that we could use that ticket in the future and would not be wasted. She was absolutely fabulous, and I could not speak more highly of her in taking care of us.
