点评:I checked into the lounge only to find there was no available seating. Six chairs were being "reserved" with luggage and travel bags in various chairs across the lounge, with passengers leaving them unattended while they went shopping in the airport.
I went back to reception and he was completely uninterested. I suggested he remove the bags to avoid conflicts for those waiting for a seat. Not only were these bags a MAJOR SECURITY CONCERN, as no one knew who they belonged to, but I also recommended he speak with the passengers when they returned. However, he chose to IGNORE THEM ENTIRELY, as I watched them all return back to the lounge while I was there.
The service was slow, and plates and glasses were left uncollected, making the lounge feel messy and disorganised. We had to grab a drink and stand around, hoping for a seat to open up.
The self-service kitchen area at the back of the lounge was far too cramped for the number of people using it. It was difficult to access anything without pushing past others, making the space poorly designed.
Given the staff's lack of concern and their failure to address security issues, I won’t be returning or can recommend this lounge for others.
