点评：What a disappointment! We came with friends for a weekend, which certainly wasn’t cheap, and it just wasn’t good enough.
The women’s locker room had numerous broken and tired looking lockers, and the changing rooms were filthy?! Rubbish on the floors and towels strewn everywhere. I realise that customers have clearly done this, but on both days, no one was clearly looking after the facilities.
They were so dirty that I didn’t want to take my shoes off.
We went to book in for our treatment, 15 mins beforehand, and got told to go away and come back exactly at our time. The receptionist was bored, and sat watching videos on her phone? Not what we’d expect in a spa?
Our treatment was good, so we wanted to book an extra one the next day. Spa receptionist sent us to the other spa desk. Receptionist at this desk didn’t know how to book the treatments, so sent us to see a particular receptionist at the hotel reception. Yes. You’ve guessed it, they weren’t there, so we had to find another person.
Overall, an expensive and completely sub standard experience.
We came to relax and treat ourselves.
We left disappointed and frankly shocked by the extremely poor level of standard and service.
Will never visit a Champneys again.

总而言之，这是一次价格昂贵但体验极差的经历。
我们来这里是为了放松和犒劳自己。
我们失望而归，坦白说，我们对这里极差的服务和设施感到震惊。
以后再也不会去Champneys了。
