点评:After visiting today with learning and disabled adults, it was made clear from the management we were not welcome,and informed in no uncertain terms the manager shouting across the bar to a member of staff and calling her to the kitchen to say ( our kitchen is only small ) we cannot accommodate your group as there are too many supporting our disabled adults you should have booked ? It's on our website ,6 or more people need to pre order. Having checked the website there is nothing stating this ??
Also I'd like to add that it states they are open from 11 am , we arrived at 11.35 and waited outside for 25 minutes, this is with learning disabled adults....
The manager tapped a member of our staff on the shoulder and asked her to go to the kitchen where she was told by the manager and her husband ( chef) that he would not be cooking for them and tore up the ticket orders in front of her and said good luck .
Personally I would not be back with our service users ,after this incident which took place in front of other customers, who were shocked and locals recommending to write a review as they also were upset. Other people who hadn't booked ? Were recieving meals..!!
It seems 14 people that arrived and ordered at different times with staff , 25 minutes in-between different groups couldn't be catered for.
Shocking interpersonal skills from management and complete rudeness and aggression...
