点评:Worse train journey I have ever been on in my life.
Shame I can’t rate it less than one as it deserves zero.
I would never recommend this company and trip.
My journey was on first of June 2025.
I travelled in red premium class, carriage A.
It was far below a premium level.
After leaving Adelaide station I was advised not to use the toilet because it was faulty, as the door had operational problems. For a journey of over 11 hours that is problematic for the travellers who were elderly in age.
The train is not soothing as makes constant screeching noises and is very turbulent in motion.
There was some drama near Ararat, we were told to get off the train and board buses for Melbourne. The bus seats were very uncomfortable and consequently I suffered back pain for a few days.
I wish I never wasted my money or time to go on this trip. I won’t be using this company for any train journeys in the future.
