No consideration given to clients, especially if you have prepaid!!

点评：This review is for Bushey salon. This was previously Lavender and Stone. It was excellent, the staff were highly trained and I had my facials there for years. The Cove took over and everything changed! The original staff had all left and new staff had been employed I had booked and paid for 10 sessions in advance for Caci which is classed as a non surgical facelift where a machine is used.. What a bad mistake. The Manager, Dani, who gave me my first appointment was very poor with my facial which was very rushed. I actually had to tell her twice to slow down..She was very heavy handed and actually had left a mark on my face which took 2 days to disappear. I asked for someone else to continue with my course and was given Megan who whilst was very pleasant, was not up to the standard of the Lavender and Stone therapists. My last appointment for the course was last night. The session lasts for one hour. During that time, the Manager had arranged for workmen to come into the salon and start work. I had to endure 30 minutes of banging and crashing in the rooms next to mine. So much for a relaxing facial!! The only apology I received was from Megan who said "really sorry but the Manager was told that this was going to happen at this time and she had to agree to it"!!!
Poor management, badly run salon, poorly trained staff. Have booked my next course with a dfferent company.
