What makes the situation even more concerning is the attitude of the owner, Jason Perkins. Not only is he unprofessional, but he is also incredibly rude and confrontational. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully and constructively, he becomes difficult and aggressive, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues or even have a reasonable conversation. This kind of behavior from a business owner is unacceptable, especially in a setting that should prioritize customer experience and safety.
