点评:Were at the castle with a family with a young child (2.5 years old).
Every hour they have an excursion with a guide only.
There were quite a few people gathered for our time. The tour was only in Czech (we were not even offered audio guides in other languages).
Already at the beginning of the excursion the guide made a remark that our little child was talking loudly (the child was talking like a child, not cranky, behaved normally). Some Czechs in the group said that such small children have nothing to do in museums and should not have even let us in (!!!). The guide agreed with them and said that unfortunately she couldn't do anything about it, as the administration allows people of all ages to enter the museum. We were very unpleasant, of course, it had a great impact on our impression of the castle in general and the Czechs' attitude to foreigners.
In the castle itself you should only step on the carpet (you can't step on the parquet for some reason, although you can see that it is modern). The guide carefully watches every person in the group, if someone slowed down and didn't go straight to another room with the others, she literally comes back for that person and reprimands him (this person was also a foreigner) - probably so that people don't damage the exhibits (apparently there are no cameras in the museum).
By the way, if anyone is interested, admission for one adult on the tour is about 10 USD.
