点评：As someone who has been visiting Es Cana for 20 years plus, it was lovely to see the old Apache bar had been totally refurbished and looked very stylish. We booked a table in advance as there are 10 of us. On arrival no table was ready, after a while we were accommodated on the outside terrace which was great. There were 2 waitresses on duty, an older woman and a young girl. The older one approached our table and literally threw a pile of menus on the table. She was very surly and did not greet us in any way, not even a smile. Her English was not great as is our Spanish! We ordered our starters and then our mains by clearly pointing to each dish on the menu. Still no smile or acknowledgement. Next she appeared with our main meals and we told her we hadn't had our starters yet. She just stood there looking at us in bewilderment. The younger girl came over and tried to help. We were then asked if we would like lour starters after our mains, which we declined. Then our main meals came back out again in dribs and drabs. I personally had to wait at least 10 minutes for mine to arrive. So much for lovely evening dining with friends! Still not an acknowledgement or apology from the original waitress.
To end on a more positive note all diners said there meals were very good, mine not so unfortunately. The apologies were left to the young girl who was very apologetic and friendly.
