Brocksbushes Farm的点评
点评：Went today 28th June. It was obviously going to be busy as fruit picking has just started and that was fine , the fruit picking did take forever as the queues were huge but again that was fine and to be expected. What was really disappointing was the attitude of some of the staff on the catering side. We sat outside at the picnic tables and it was lovely with a singer ,however when I went to order food I was told that they were taking a break from service (at 12:30 ) , ok we said let’s go inside to the soft play , no walk ins allowed you have to book in advance, ok we said let’s go to the cafe. We were told sorry we can’t accept anyone else as there is a huge delay in service, even though there were empty tables, unless you want a scone or cake , but you can get food outside ! When we told them that they had stopped serving outside as well that caused some confusion which ended with the very unhappy guy outside offering to do us some chicken goujons and fries almost as a favour.
We have been many times before and since the revamp and its always been lovely but today was dreadful, we had a 7 yr old and a 5 yr old who were excited and hungry after fruit picking and we ended up leaving and going elsewhere for food .
The staff in the shop were lovely and helpful but some of the staff on the catering side were clearly stressed out and quite brusque. To stop taking food orders at half 12 because you need to take a “break” is quite frankly ridiculous.
It is a nice place but today was an eye opener and we won’t be back on a weekend
We have been many times before and since the revamp and its always been lovely but today was dreadful, we had a 7 yr old and a 5 yr old who were excited and hungry after fruit picking and we ended up leaving and going elsewhere for food .

这地方不错，但今天真是让人大开眼界，周末我们不会再来了。
