Worst product quality and continuous poor customer service

点评：I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Yellow Dog Brewery. I purchased a T-shirt from their merchandise section, and after just one wash, it shrank significantly. I reached out to them on Instagram to explain the situation but received no response.
Taking it a step further, I visited the brewery in person, hoping to resolve the issue directly. Unfortunately, the attendant I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to exchange the shrunken T-shirt. It’s shocking that a business would treat its customers this way, especially when it comes to quality and customer service.
I had high expectations for Yellow Dog Brewery, but this experience has left a bitter taste. I won’t be returning and certainly won’t recommend them to others. They need to improve their customer service and product quality if they want to retain their customers.
