Worst spa experience ever

点评：It was not a nice experience at all. 1 - We asked if there was a restaurant nearby and were informed they had one in-house. Was expecting something healthy but the only options were toasted sandwiches. Don’t recommend eating there.
2 - we went to the floating pool and we could hear the laughter and talk of a group of people in the pool outside. Could not relax at all.
3 - finally went in for the massage: I had to ask twice for less pressure, it was extremely hot in the room, we could hear cars and bikes from the outside and laughter and chatting from staff outside the room.
4 - to finish off when I got to my locker it did not open with my code and had to ask someone to open it. When I finally had access to it my things had been touched and there was 1 earring missing. I was absolutely sure of how I had folded my clothes and where I had left it. When I approached the reception to complain the lady was quick to inform that the cleaning lady had found an earring on the floor (impossible as they were the last thing I took and I left them on top of the pile). They just mentioned a “sorry for that”.
