Extreme Rally Driving Experience的点评
点评：Experience was bought for me as a birthday present June 2023. Event booked for April 2024 and cancelled with little notice, before Company went mute - no responses to emails, telephone, post etc.. They were never going to refund us for this experience and did not engage with any correspondence. The Company is now dormant.
Eventually obtained money back by obtaining court order and contacting directors through their other Company - check Ultimate Rally on Companies House, click on the Directors and see their other appointment at Harrogate Meat Wholesale Limited.
Anyone with money owed to them from this Company should visit Citizens Advice, follow the pre-action protocol writing letter before claim setting out relevant facts and basis for claim, and then obtain court order from the Small Claims court. Info on court process below.
