Another AWFUL xmas meal

点评：Went here with family about 16 of us. Not my choice after last years awful dinner.
Cost £25 for 2 courses. Meals were pre ordered before going. I had the pork, which was very fatty & small slices, which were mostly fat with very little meat on. It came with 2 very small, what seemed to be frozen roast potatoes which needed a chainsaw to cut into. The mash potato is either pre frozen or powdered, and it is definitely not freshly done. I know this cause i used to be a chef. The veg I had to leave out as I have a dairy allergy & even though this was written on my form, it was totally ignored!! I wasn't sure if the veg had been done in butter. The gravy was also very watery. For dessert, I had the roulade, which came as a very small slice dumped on some red sauce, which was disgusting, in a very big dish. I left the dessert due to the disgusting liquid it had been dumped on. At the end we were given coffee with mince pies & some chocolates.
I felt at times the service was very very slow between couses & whilst serving everyone their food. Worst xmas dinner I have ever had. Very small portions of frozen rubbish what you can buy from Iceland & most importantly they DO NOT CATER FOR ALLERGIES!!
