点评：This was a major disappointment, when we arrived after a long drive we were informed the restaurant was closed for renovation… why did the hotel not state this at the time of booking ? The room service menu was a farce.. nothing on it apart from a Croque Monsieur or fries, they had run out of crepes.
The parking is expensive but I could live with it apart from you have 30 seconds from activating the gate to get your car in, not ideal for elderly quests, also the gate kept sticking. In fairness after complaining they waived the parking.
On the plus side the room was clean and ged comfortable.
Staff communication was average, finally given St Malo is a major ferry port to the UK and a large proportion of the guests are British… not a single English TV channel despite what reception told me.
