Wow a classic car heaven
Mallalieu Motor Collection & Car Museum的点评
点评：This is a real gem of a museum, well one guys passion really. We got there thankfully at just before 10am and had the real honour of being shown round by Bill the owner.
Bill has collected and, in some cases, lovingly restored some fabulous cars over the years like a Mallalieu Bentley Barchetta, an American Austin Roadster, a 1948 Wolsey etc.
Bill is really knowledgeable and is happy that others share his passion for his classic car collection.
There is also rally and sports car history on a couple of the walls, as well as model cars and some other car related items in this collection.
We had a wonderful time looking at these classic cars with Bill and on our own afterwards and I can highly recommend that you visit.
It was so good that both me and my husband will happily go there again the next time that we visit the island.
The museum is open during office hours, but please try to get there before 11am and hopefully you will also meet the owner of this wonderful place as he goes there every day in the morning. They will also open of a weekend by prior arrangement if you contact them.
