点评:We booked a Mercedes van transfer from Risan to Dubrovnik Airport for 3 passengers and 3 bike boxes.
When the vehicle arrived, we discovered that there were only two proper passenger seats. The third passenger was expected to travel in the rear of the van with the bike boxes. There was an additional seat, but it was not fixed to the vehicle and appeared completely unsecured.
We immediately objected because we considered this unsafe. No alternative vehicle was offered and, with a flight to catch, we had little choice but to continue.
The issue was not the price. The issue was that a vehicle booked for 3 passengers arrived with only 2 proper passenger seats available, forcing one passenger to travel among bicycle boxes using an unsecured seat that was not fixed to the vehicle.
After arriving at the airport, we requested a reduction of the agreed fare (€240 to €200) due to the circumstances. The driver’s reaction was aggressive and intimidating. Instead of discussing the matter professionally, he immediately started talking about calling the police and made comments that we perceived as threats.
What turned a bad experience into an unacceptable one was the aggressive and intimidating reaction when we raised a legitimate safety concern.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
