点评：Bought 4 loaves of bread (expensive at $9+ per loaf) plus flour and other items back in June. Drove back to Calgary same day and gave 1 loaf to our son. Imagine his surprise when he buttered a piece only to find an earwig crawling out of one of the holes. It may have gotten into the bread by eating its way in, before it was bagged as they pretty much eat anything. Had it been in the dough then baking would have killed it. My wife immediately contacted the store and talked to a lady there. That was the last we heard from the store. Never called back. All businesses make mistakes but its HOW CORRECT A MISTAKE THAT COUNTS. For us its not worth the effort to get back on the phone and start the conversation over again and maybe again and again. Any way I'm posting a picture of the slice and maybe the store will review how they handle food. Four loaves in the green bin as my wife couldn't handle the thought of the possibility of finding one in the 3 that we kept.
