Be careful what food and drinks you order and watch out for the game machine that don’t work properly

点评：Kids meal ordered a burger and chips, my daughter said it’s sour and we thought she was just being fussy, me and her mum both tried it and it was awful burnt and thin cheap patty, then when our food came once again burger and chips but the adult menu, the burgers where big and juicy with cheese and and everything else with it, it’s a shame because the kids burger was absolutely vile and not even a dog would have eaten it, we ordered some milkshakes and they was warm and foamy barley any milk in them the marshmallows on top of the whip cream was all dried up and hard, they was expensive for 3 milkshakes considering we all took a sip each and not even my daughter wanted it!! I mean a kid not wanting a milkshake is insanely bad! Didn’t have not intention from one of the staff after reporting they was warm when served to give us a refund or any apology just a struggled shoulders!
A lot of the games was outdated with not working properly and the mini bowling alley balls kept getting blocked and the timing was just of with whole game and sometimes the pins was only coming down once when it should of been a spare but instead they reset, it’s just abit sad really to think of the amount of money you pay for everything and they still have no improvements, I mean there a leaking fridge at the front of the place where you order food and my daughter stepped in and touched the water and said look daddy, so I reported it and the bloke just said yeah it’s been happening for a while now we don’t know where it’s coming from so I’m not gonna bother taking it apart and I turned round and said you can at least clean the water up and put a wet sign down as it dangerous and got told nah it’ll be okay
