点评：I booked by WhatsApp a return fare airport transfer with Vienna Airport Cab on the advice of Google's AI, for September. It was an amazing experience in the best meaning of the word. A most helpful person answered practically instantly in perfect English text, and as I was able to articulate my precise requirements and all necessary details, he or she never made me fill in forms and was able to answer all my questions. There was a short overnight delay while they checked my credit rating. As I was a new customer, they asked for the first leg of the journey to be paid in advance, which I made online by card from my current account. It is great that they accept a debit card and do not insist on a credit card like, when hiring a car. I found the person booking me polite, very helpful and quick. A real credit to his company. Being picked up from a small Hungarian village to Schwechat Airport and back is no easy feat otherwise. I tried 4 other companies before AI found me Vienna Airport Cab and the others did not even give a reaction before I made my final booking (one was more than 100 EUR more). The cost is very reasonable as I pay about the same as when I drove myself and parked at the airport for 4-5 days. That was no fun after a long flight at night in all kinds of weather. This is a much more comfortable and relaxing way to go about it at around the same price. They monitor your return flight and wait for you at no extra cost. Way to go! I thoroughly recommend Vienna Airport Cab to all, and will never use another firm if the journeys are as good in September as the booking was now, in August. Watch this space, I shall evaluate it.
Incidentally, when my family visits us - 5 people - they normally hire a car at Schwechat. From now on it will be unnecessary as the airport transfer is far more convenient, and they can drive my car while with us.
