Amazing, unique experience
The Endangered Ark Foundation的点评
点评：The Endangered Ark Foundation was such a special place to visit. I booked a private encounter and it was excellent. The staff were all kind and worked well together. We booked extras, including painted shirts and bathing the elephants which was worth it. We picked out our paint colors first and then were taken to meet one of the elephants, Delrita. The introduction included many facts about elephants in general and how the foundation runs/ cares for their elephants. It was my birthday and they provided a little gift and Delrita brought out a birthday sign. She then painted shirts for us. We bathed Delrita which was a very fun extra. You don’t get wet so no worries about bringing a change of clothes. Then we took a golf cart ride to tour the entire facility. The elephants are all well cared for and you can tell the staff love them. At one point an elephant we were supposed to feed was napping and they left her alone to respect her rest. They took us to a different area and we fed one of the other elephants. Overall, I highly recommend this experience. The tours support them and are worth the cost.
