点评：We had a truly memorable experience touring Baglio di Pianetto with Alessandro Scordato. It was just me and my two adult children, and Alessandro made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.
He began by teaching us about the soil, the grapes, and the different wines produced there. Then he took us out into the vineyards, where we got to pick and taste the grapes ourselves — they were delicious! We learned so much as he walked us through the entire winemaking process, from harvest to bottle. The tour of the facility was fascinating, and the passion of the family behind the winery was clear.
To finish, we enjoyed a generous tasting of three white and three red wines, with Alessandro guiding us through how to taste and appreciate each one. It was not only educational but really fun and relaxed.
What stood out most was how attentive to detail and genuinely kind Alessandro was. He even helped arrange a ride for us back to Palermo, as the winery is located high in the mountains. Every part of the day felt thoughtful and special.
