Jacks Patch cafe - 2nd attempt, never again!!

点评：My review is for the cafe. This is the second time I have visited, I didn't really rate my first experience but gave Jacks Patch the benefit of the doubt as they had recently taken over from the previous managers. What a mistake, never again!
The wait for food in incredible if you visit in between the changeover from breakfast to dinner, I arrived at 11.30 and was told I could not order dinner until 12.00pm, fine, I just ordered a coffee. The restaurant was filling up with no signs of any food on anyone's table, no one was eating breakfast but still you couldn't order food for lunch. After a good 20 minutes I noticed some orders being taken but they were told that these orders would not be put in until 12.00 pm, these were people that had not been sat there as long as I had. I made my order which was only 2 sandwiches and one portion of chips, by 12.30 pm I still had not received any food and hardly had anyone else. I heard the waitress telling people coming in that the wait for food was now 50 minutes!! I was fed up by this time and went to the desk to ask how long, no apology, no smile, she just looked like she didn't want to be there.
Now............the food when it eventually arrived (wrong sandwich but I can't be bothered with all that) the bread was really cold, obviously stored in the fridge which makes the bread kind of hard, the chips were luke warm at best, I had a couple of bites of my sandwich and left, it just wasn't worth it. Lots of people were leaving before they had ordered, the wait is just too long! Such a shame as this cafe used to be really good, unfortunately, I will never be visiting again.

现在......食物终于送到了（错了三明治，但我懒得理会这些）面包真的很冷，显然是放在冰箱里，这让面包有点硬，薯条最多也只是微温，我吃了几口三明治就离开了，这不值得。很多人还没点餐就离开了，等待的时间实在太长了！真可惜，这家咖啡馆以前真的很不错，不幸的是，我再也不会来这里了。
