点评：We had a surprise 80th Birthday party for my mum, there were 18 people.
We pre ordered. The owners were lovely communication with for all the arrangements before hand.
The food was delicious.
All home made, tasty and perfectly cooked.
I had the Shepherds pie.
It was wondeful.
All the meals came with an individual portion or brocoli, peas and green beans, piping hot and still beautifully green and tasty.
The staff were kindness itself.
The interior is newly decorated, and immaculately clean. The plates and cutlery were very stylish and polished.
There is a pool table which was enjoyed by the younger members of the party.
The atmosphere was quiet, and it really suited the older members of the party who would have struggled to hear conversation and might otherwise have felt left out.
Don't be fooled by the modest exterior if this pub. It is a really gem.
In these trying times this place deserves to thrive.
I recommend booking ahead. Lots of small eateries and pubs on the Island are struggling at the moment, it's worth helping them plan so you get the best they have to offer.
