Beautiful views very disappointing service and food

点评：The views were amazing! We made reservation for dinner at the “Farm to Table” restaurant and we were really looking forward to it. However from the moment we walked into restaurant there was disorganized service. First they couldn’t find our reservation, but quickly did find us a table. However it took them at least 25 min to come to the table to take our drink order. At the same time we quickly also ordered our food. They had a prefixed menu or you could order from the pizza menu. We ordered a pizza and wanted to order a salad 🥗 as an appetizer but was told it wasn’t possible. A few minutes later I see the table next to ours get salads 🥗 so I questioned the waitress and she said, that they were able to get salads because they “pre-ordered” earlier…It was the strangest thing. We should have left at that point, but decided to just stay. We didn’t get our pizza until 1 hour from the time we sat down, once it got to the table it was cold and not very good at all. Definitely not the experience we expected from a farm to table restaurant. It was the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. It was very disappointing. It wasn’t just our table, we were there for over an hour and many tables only received drinks and no food and it wasn’t very busy, 50% of the tables were empty. Some customers were chasing waitresses just to try to get order in.
