点评:I’m a regular visitor to Dalton Park as I live locally and use Cover Beauty salon at least every 3 weeks. I also browse and shop regularly on site.
I know the park has been dog friendly for a while now and I don’t have an issue with dogs but there’s just so many these days. This week I visited cover beauty on Thursday for an appointment and I then went to a few shops looking for Christmas gifts including Rituals. Somebody had let their dog vomit on the floor and not even bothered to notify the staff and just sloped out of the door. It actually put me off completely and I left the shop without making the purchase I wanted and I left the park and ordered the things I was after online instead. It’s really quite off putting and I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels this way.
If the dog friendly policy continues I can’t see myself browsing around the shops anymore I’ll just stick to going to cover beauty (where I’ve never seen a dog) and shop online instead.
Service animals would be fine but people bringing their pet dogs on a shopping trip is just unnecessary and this pet friendly policy is just encouraging it.
I’ve tried emailing guest services at dalton park to let them know but email doesn’t deliver to that address.
