点评:As a delivery Captain, I occasionally pass through the area, on this visit, it turned into a terrible experience.
Upon arriving, the office was closed whereas I was instructed to make payment arrangement's in the am; I stopped in the office in the morning, the service agent was pleasant but not very savvy and expeditious, when asked how many nights, I replied last night and possibly tonight, weather dependent, I told her the second night can be paid for however, if we leave prior to checkout, you can then provide a credit for the second night.
Without offering any additional response or dialogue she processed a payment for two nights.
We did leave the same day prior to checkout, the following day, I reached out for a refund on the second day and was told that the person in the office responsible for the transaction would reach out regarding the matter; no reply, again reaching out I was told the same: again, no reply.
I had the contact # for the General Manager and reached out and spoke with him directly explaining the scenario, he also said he would talk to the office staff and return the call or have someone from the office reach out...........never had a response from anyone.
