点评：The sculpture of Jatayu is truly magnificent and worth seeing, but unfortunately, the overall management and system at Jatayu Earth’s Center left us very disappointed. Even after paying ₹610 per person, we had to wait nearly 1.5 hours just to get the cable car ride.
What made it worse was the complete lack of consideration for senior citizens. Despite repeated requests, there was no support or priority given. The staff seemed indifferent, without any empathy or emotions for visitors. We had to stand in queue four different times, which was both exhausting and frustrating.
The overall experience felt very commercialized, with staff being purely professional and no effort to be user-friendly or guest-oriented. It seems they are taking advantage of the huge public interest in the monument rather than focusing on improving hospitality and management.
While the sculpture itself is excellent, the poor management overshadows the visit.
