点评：We arrived about 10am with moisture hanging heavily in the air due to a recent rain shower. The small parking lot already had two vehicles which were towing large UTV’s - more on that later.
There is a restroom at the parking lot which had been fairly well maintained. There is also a picnic table nearby but bring insect repellent!
The spring is a short walk of about 250 yards which runs along the Current River. If it’s rained recently you’ll want for than a thin sandal as the trail is dirt interspersed with a few flat stones. We felt as though a bench or some sort of seating area should be provided so as to enjoy the area more deeply.
Due to the recent rains the spring was not blue but a greenish blue color and definitely not clear.
The road in is steep and rough. The two vehicles mentioned above had great difficulty climbing out of the valley. Recommend not taking vehicles towing trailers or boats.
